This policy explains what Moluxe Events LLC (“we”, “us”) does with the information you give us through moluxeevents.com. We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, and it describes what this website actually does — not what a template assumes it does.
Who we are
Moluxe Events LLC is an event planning and styling company registered in North Carolina, serving Charlotte and the surrounding metro area.

What we collect
We only collect what you choose to type in. There is no account to create and nothing is collected in the background for advertising.
Through the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the type of event, the date, an approximate guest count, and whatever you write in the message box.
Through the chat box: the answers you select or type — event type, date, guest count, location, the level of support you want, your name, email address and any notes.
Automatically: our web host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. This is ordinary hosting activity and we do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and deliver your event if you go ahead. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with data brokers or advertisers. We will not add you to a marketing list from a one-off enquiry without asking you first.
Phone calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, you are agreeing that we may call or text you about your enquiry and your event. That is it — we will not send you marketing texts unless you separately tell us you want them. You can ask us to stop contacting you by phone at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us by email.
Who else sees it
A short, honest list of every third party involved in running this site:
- Namecheap — hosts the website and therefore holds the server logs.
- Google Fonts — the two typefaces used on this site are loaded from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. No cookie is set by this.
- Google Workspace — our email runs through Google, so anything you email us sits in our Google inbox.
- Our form provider — enquiry form and chat submissions are passed through a form delivery service, which forwards them to our email and holds a copy.
Beyond that, we share information with suppliers only when it is necessary to deliver your event — a venue needs a guest count, a caterer needs dietary notes. We share the minimum needed and we tell you who is involved.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and what this site stores
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on it at the time of writing.
The chat box saves your answers in your own browser (using something called session storage) so that your conversation carries over if you move between pages. It is held on your device only, we never see it unless you press send, and it is cleared the moment you close the tab.
If we add analytics in future, we will update this page before doing so.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to two years, in case you come back to us. Records relating to events we delivered are kept for seven years for accounting and insurance purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email info@moluxeevents.com and we will deal with it within thirty days.
We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect.
Children
This website is meant for adults making event enquiries. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through it. We do plan and photograph children's parties, but any photographs that appear on this site are published with the permission of the parent or guardian who booked the event.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We take sensible care of your information, but no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the home page.
