These terms cover your use of moluxeevents.com. They are not the contract for your event — that is a separate written agreement we send you before any work begins.
Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Moluxe Events LLC, a limited liability company registered in North Carolina.
What is on this site
The descriptions, packages and process on this site are an outline of what we offer, not a binding quotation. Prices, availability and what is included are confirmed in writing after your consultation. Nothing on this website creates a contract between us.
Enquiries are not bookings
Sending the form, using the chat box, emailing or calling us starts a conversation. Your date is not held and nothing is booked until we have sent you a written agreement, you have signed it, and any deposit has been paid.
Our words and pictures
The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Moluxe Events LLC or are used by us with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking. The Moluxe Events name and logo are our marks.
Photographs of past events are published with the permission of the clients involved.
Your words and pictures
Anything you send us through this site — a brief, a mood board, a photograph — stays yours. By sending it, you are giving us permission to use it for the purpose of planning and delivering your event. We will not publish anything of yours without asking you first.
Links to other sites
We may link to venues, suppliers or other businesses. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No guarantees about the website itself
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, Moluxe Events LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our responsibilities under a signed event contract, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any dispute about this website will be dealt with in the courts of North Carolina.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Accessibility statement
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or screen magnification.
In building it we have: given every photograph a written description; kept one clear heading structure per page; made every button and menu reachable and operable by keyboard; labelled the chat box, photo viewer and menu for screen readers; chosen text and background colours with strong contrast; and made the site respect the “reduce motion” setting if you have it switched on.
We have not had the site formally audited against WCAG 2.1 AA by a third party, so we cannot claim full conformance. If you hit something you cannot use, please tell us — email info@moluxeevents.com or call (980) 298-5466 and we will fix it and help you directly in the meantime.
